Isaac Ndlela Ngwane was born on the 03 December 1972 at Block C( Nkomazi municipality).He is the last born of the late Mr Martin and the late Sannah Ngwane.Isaac started his lower primary education at Khangela primary school in Delmas in 1979 and went to Magubha Primary(Nkomazi) school in 1981 where he completed his lower primary education in 1983.He went to Driekoppies higher school where he completed his primary education in 1985.He completed his matric at Shongwe high school in 1991.He holds a BA degree and Higher education diploma from Turfloop University; Advanced certificate in education from North West university and Bed(Hons)from Pretoria University.He started teaching in 1996 at Manzolwandle high school; transferred to Mdzili High school in 2003; appointed HOD at Driekoppies combined in 2006; appointed Deputy Principal at Magewu Primary school in 2014; appointed Principal at Etimbondvweni combined school in 2015;appointed Principal of Hoyi primary school in 2019.Isaac served PEU as deputy secretary in the Mlumati branch; District chairperson of Lowveld East District; and is currently the Provincial chairperson of Mpumalanga Province.He is happily married to Thembisile Mamsy Ngwane( Ndlangamandla) and they are blessed with 2 children ;Zoliswa and Zenande.
