General Secretary: Mothoka Ben Machipi . Born and bred at gaMaphalle in Bolobedu, Limpopo Province. Born on 01 September 1963 as the second born of Mr Modipa Bethiel and Mabotse Machipi. Ben completed his primary education at Pipa Primary school in 1979 and obtained his matric at Kheale High school in 1984. He holds a Secondary Teachers Diploma and BA Degrees from the then Setotolwane College and Turfloop University. Ben started teaching in 1988 Kheale High School as a Science teacher and became an Acting HOD at Manonyaneng High School from 1993 to 2005.He then became Principal of Pipa Primary School from 2006 to date. Ben is currently seconded to serve PEU full- time since 2010 as General Secretary, to date. He served PEU as Secretary and Chairperson of Rethabile Branch, Letaba North and Limpopo Province between 1988 – 2010. He also served as Motions and Labour Chairperson for Letaba North District. He obtained Practical Labour Certificate with NMU in 2014. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Matsatsi Petunia Modika and are happily blessed with four kids, Tebogo, Namatsabo, Bethuel and Mpho. He is a grandfather of Ntlhare and Tebogo. Ben is a staunch believer of his African Religion and avid favourite of Cultural and traditional Activities.
