Mkhuseli Dubula:Born and bred at Canham(Kwakanana) location in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape province. Born on the 29th October 1974 as the second born of Mr Drummond Mthethunzima and Phumla Nomaduma Dubula. Mkhuseli completed his standard seven at Canham JSS in 1990 and obtained his matric at Freemantle boy’s high school in Lady frere. He holds a BA(ed) degree from the University of Transkei (WSU). Mkhuseli started teaching permanently in 2000 at Carl Malcomess high school in Kokstad(KZN) and was further promoted to an HOD position at Enyanisweni combined school in UMzimkhulu (Kzn) from 2007 up to 2010. He then became principal of Zimema senior primary school from 2011 to 2014 where he left to join Gauteng department of education upon resigning. He became the teacher at Kwadukathole comprehensive school until now. Mkhuseli has just been elected vice president of PEU. He served as an inaugural motions and labour chairperson of PEU and later chairperson of the Kzn province until joining GDE. He went on to serve Katlehong branch as an acting motions and labour chairperson and was later elected as the East Rand district vice chairperson. He was later elected chairperson of the district after the resignation of the then chairperson, a portfolio he served until elected vice president of PEU on the 11th October 2019. He obtained Practical labour law certificate with NMU in 2014 and will be graduating on geographical information systems on the 30th October 2019 with University of Johannesburg (UJ). Mkhuseli received a number of awards from the municipalities,the department of education and PEU. He also obtained a SAFA introductory football coaching certificate in 2004, certificate in leading and managing trade unions with DITSELA in 2013.Mkhuseli is married to Busiswa Kuhle Dubula and are blessed with three marital kids ( two girls and a boy , Lilitha,Lungaka and Phawu) and one son Sazi (premaritally conceived).Mkhuseli is a child of God and a member of the Apostolic Faith mission of SA(AFMSA).
